we’ve created a curriculum like none that has ever existed before
No lectures. No textbooks.
100% experiential.
2,000+ hours building
Students spend over 2,000 hours across an entire year building professional-grade products in cross-functional teams.
Reps + variety = Technical mastery
2,000+ hours spent working on a dozen different software products facilitates the level of repetition and the variety of experiences needed for students to achieve technical mastery.
Soft skills mastery
Students spend all year building their products in cross-functional teams under real-world conditions so they leave with the soft skills every employer is looking for.
AI-first approach
Students learn to do their job with an AI-first mindset to make themselves 10x more productive and effective.
Résumé-Centric
We determined what skills, competencies, and experiences the ideal product builder has and then worked backwards to design an intense 12-month regiment of software builds optimized to produce that employee.
Product builds increase in sophistication & duration and span different product types.
Intentional Friction
We incorporate numerous additional real-world elements to further optimize graduates for the workplace.
During their product builds, students will experience pivots, unreasonable deadlines, poorly documented code bases, “HiPPO attacks," security breaches, and more — preparing them to encounter and address these issues at work.
Continuous failure creates problem solvers.
We employ a continuous failure pedagogy where students are given minimal instruction and must navigate challenges independently until they’ve hit a truly insurmountable roadblock.
Only then does a pega6 manager intervene to provide enough guidance and support to get them “unstuck.”
This approach ensures that our graduates are highly adept at autonomous problem solving .
